Server-backed notifications and DMs, a honest Activity inbox, and a Tauri desktop build where Embed ripples become real in-app browsers with native GPU compositing.
Activity tab = persistent notification inbox (mentions, replies, DMs, delta events) synced from the server and kept live over the feed socket.
Messages tab = DM threads with idempotent ensure, server read cursors, and Activity rows that jump straight into the right conversation.
Tauri v0.5.0 — generic Embed URLs open with back/forward/reload + address bar inside the wave; known providers still use optimized embeds.
